We help medical practices and healthcare centers deliver better patient care by providing secure, compliant Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services. We’re growing our South Florida sales team with an energetic, goal-oriented entry-level seller who thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
What you’ll sell
- OPI and VRI interpreting services and supporting technology tailored for medical practices, clinics, and healthcare centers.
What you’ll do
- Prospect & generate your own leads across the healthcare market (phone, email, events, referrals, social/business networks).
- Carry out telemarketing activities and outbound outreach, making daily calls to book qualified meetings, at or above the target levels set.
- Conduct face-to-face visits with prospects and clients across the region.
- Deliver live demos of our services/technology using a company-provided computer (in person and virtually).
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, pricing, proposals, and closing new clients face-to-face - delivering monthly new-logo wins and revenue against quota.
- Manage your pipeline and activities in CRM; forecast accurately and reporting progress against KPIs, showcasing weekly growth.
- Deliver a high standard of field execution: punctual visits, polished demos, and documented next steps.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing on campaigns and territory plans.

What you’ll bring
- Driver’s license and your own car (field visits required).
- Strong communication skills and professional presence with clinicians and admin leaders.
- A self-starter mentality: comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and setting your own meetings.
- Discipline to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets/ KPI’s
- Comfort with technology (video meetings, live demos, basic CRM usage).
- A positive, coachable attitude with a hunger to learn and win.
Compensation
- OTE up to $100,000 when targets are achieved.
- Draw + commission plan (draw is recoverable against commissions); uncapped upside tied to performance.
Working model
- Primarily office-based in Aventura when not out visiting clients; regular travel within the local territory for meetings and closings.
- Standard schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
