Overview We’re seeking a Social Media Director to drive digital growth and enhance brand engagement across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in beauty, wellness with expertise in both creative storytelling and data-driven performance.
Responsibilities
Lead paid & organic social strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Oversee content creation, brand storytelling, and visual identity.
Scale influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs with measurable ROI.
Optimize campaigns using analytics to drive revenue, ROAS, and LTV.
Manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and freelancers.
Qualifications
10+ years in social media/digital marketing with proven revenue growth results.
Strong skills in paid social, influencer partnerships, and Shopify/e-commerce.
Creative leader with hands-on content and campaign execution experience.
Experience managing $1M+ budgets and delivering ROI.
Multilingual and global market experience a plus.
