Key Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between investor relations, legal, compliance, finance, and external administrators to ensure seamless client servicing. Lead and coordinate capital call and distribution processes. Manage high-volume communications and ensure timely delivery of client reporting. Maintain investor account data and CRM records (Salesforce). Support onboarding and ongoing account management with precision and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate Profile: 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role within investment management or financial services. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred. Ability to multitask and shift priorities with changing demands or deadlines
