We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Sales Associate
to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for automobiles, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Explain features, benefits, and financing options to customers
Negotiate pricing and trade-in values within dealership guidelines
Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage retention and referrals
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
