As a key member of our Product team, you will collaborate with industry professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients depend on. Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Hedge Funds & Middle Office Product Manager, you will work across departments to develop effective solutions for clients and the business. The Product team supports sales and service teams by developing offerings that generate additional revenue. Support sales efforts through active prospect engagement to drive new business development Build strong internal relationships to enhance client service offerings Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments Conduct market research as needed Develop business cases for management decision-making Create and deliver presentations for internal and client leadership Collaborate with Business Development on client pitches Engage with clients and prospects Participate in industry forums to strengthen client relationships and attract new clients Work with marketing to promote Citco’s brand and reputation Qualifications
About You: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field 5-7 years of experience in financial services or related areas Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Innovative mindset and business acumen Experience in client relationship management and execution Salary Range: $146,000 to $220,000 USD Our Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits, training, and flexible working arrangements to support your success and work-life balance.
