ABOUT THE POSITION The Program Director role provides year-round leadership to ensure alignment between RGE's programmatic goals and the overall mission of GSP. The successful candidate will drive strategic priorities related to marketing, participant selection, program design and delivery, resource development, and program communications, as well as networking with peers in the field. Building on the framework provided by the curriculum and design team, this position requires a visionary leader capable of shaping the identity of the RGE program. The position reports to the director. COMPENSATION Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000, dependent on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes leave time, insurance, and a retirement plan.
