Minimum two years of management experience Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and non-verbally Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written Food & Beverage supervisory experience is required Understanding of how responsibilities relate to other hotel areas and F&B operations Ability to assist in managing all hub employees, including entertainment staff Flexibility to work any shift, any day, and long hours as necessary Experience in hiring, training, and empowering employees with consistent feedback Ability to foster teamwork and productive relations with peers Excellent guest service skills, with tact and diplomacy in handling difficult situations Physical Demands and Work Environment
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling Frequent talking or hearing Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds Exposure to outside weather conditions Powered by JazzHR Additional Details
