We are looking for an individual with a vibrant and sociable demeanor, strong sales experience, and exceptional multitasking abilities. As the "Face" of our businesses, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing various responsibilities, and contributing to the success of our team. If you have a passion for aesthetics, outstanding communication skills, and a friendly disposition that lights up a room, we want you on our team. Responsibilities: Patient Education and Patient Coordinating - Educate patients on procedures, achieve booking and revenue goals, and provide information on services offered.

Customer Service: Promote and practice excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for patients.

Office Operations: Perform opening and closing duties, maintain office triage by tracking the location of patients, doctors, and medical assistants

Phone Management: Coordinate and manage multiple phone lines simultaneously, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare charts, new patient packets, and follow through with scheduling appointments, including obtaining necessary payments.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory for office and maintenance supplies, as well as skincare products.

Facility Maintenance: Maintain patient rooms and waiting areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Photography: Capture photos of patients for appointments, post-ops, and pre-ops as needed.

Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and management, maintaining a high standard of ethics and privacy.

Positive Demeanor: Provide a friendly and positive demeanor to all surgeons, staff, patients, and visitors.

Assist Medical Assistant and Doctor: Assist with inventory control, room organization, and miscellaneous projects as needed.

Coordination with Managers: Communicate regularly with Operations Manager, Business Manager, and Spa Director on issues related to patient care.

Engagements: Arrange speaking, teaching, clinical, and research study appointments and engagements for surgeons.

15 social media: Work with the practice manager and social media team to coordinate social media posts, and coordinating filming **Qualifications: ** Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or medical spa industry.

Strong sales experience, with a proven track record.

Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.

Computer, phone, and social media skills.

Consistently attractive appearance and a warm, welcoming smile.

Evenings and some alternating weekend availability.
