We are currently seeking a qualified General Manager to drive sales and service excellence at our studio. This role offers the opportunity to engage daily with clients and foster a supportive community. Position: The General Manager oversees all studio functions, including sales and operations. Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking events Implement sales processes to convert prospects into clients Support retail and membership sales Manage studio CRM and lead management tasks Coordinate marketing campaigns to generate leads Review and communicate SOPs from the corporate sales team Operational Duties – 30%:
Supervise staff and manage schedules Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Enforce policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements:
