Essential Function Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. 30% Brand:
Provide supervision and support in planning associates' daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, and dress code are met. Act as the main point of contact for customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate customer demands. 30% People:
Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve results. Recruit actively and identify strengths and opportunities for associates, providing coaching or counseling as needed. Maintain positive relations, resolve concerns, and foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging. 30% Operations:
Ensure execution of company processes through training, management, analysis, and continuous improvement. Support digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment. Manage inventory, payroll, store opening/closing procedures, and ensure timely follow-through on directives. 10% Safety/Loss Prevention:
Maintain a safe environment, enforce policies, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. Knowledge, Skills/Abilities And Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Preferred 3+ years retail/customer service experience Preferred 1+ year management experience Effective team leadership and communication skills Scheduling availability Cosmetology license desirable but not required Competencies
