We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Project/Program Manager to lead cloud migration and software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cloud migration and SDLC projects from initiation through execution and delivery. Perform Scrum Master duties including facilitating stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint planning. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define user stories and ensure alignment with business goals. Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Kanban boards, and ServiceNow (SNOW). Manage escalations, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Coordinate operational activities such as upgrades, maintenance windows, and ticket resolution. Maintain clear and consistent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team collaboration. Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing cloud migration projects, preferably on AWS. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, SNOW, and ITSM platforms. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive execution with minimal supervision. Experience working in fast-paced environments with a high degree of collaboration. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools. Background in operations, including incident management and system upgrades. Familiarity with both application development and cloud-based project environments.
