General Manager

will oversee all studio operations, including sales, staff management, and customer service. Requirements: 2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience. Proven ability to generate personal sales and train sales staff. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the studio owner. Experience managing revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to a dynamic, diverse environment. Strong judgment to identify and implement improvements. Passion for fitness. Solid writing and grammar skills. Highly organized, proficient in data management, and deadline-oriented. Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat. Attention to detail and accuracy. Trustworthiness and confidentiality. Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public. Proficiency with computers and studio management software. Responsibilities: Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking. Implement sales processes to convert prospects into demo classes. Drive membership sales via outside sales and business development. Manage staff schedules and supervise sales representatives. Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper inventory levels. Hire and manage instructors. Utilize ClubReady software for revenue and attendance reports. Review instructor evaluations. Make high-level customer service decisions. Collect outstanding dues. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization. Enforce policies and procedures. Ensure availability of administrative supplies and studio literature. Participate in community events and promotions. Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads. Perform other duties as assigned.
