If you are passionate about improving processes, enabling teams, and driving customer revenue retention and growth, we are seeking a senior-level professional to lead key revenue and customer programs. You will play a vital role in a growth-oriented company within the Account Management and Customer Success team.

Your responsibilities include defining business and stakeholder requirements for complex programs and initiatives, developing content, and executing program release plans. Programs include, but are not limited to: Executive Sponsor Program, Customer Segmentation, Risk and Retention, Top Account Reviews, Contract Process Management, and Technology initiatives (Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo). You will coordinate projects across functions, manage ongoing operations, promote programs internally and externally, deliver presentations, and create promotional copy.

What you will do

Conduct discovery to understand business requirements, key stakeholders, and cross-functional relationships to execute customer and revenue programs aligned with company and customer priorities. Create cross-functional programs and plans with stakeholder buy-in. Collaborate with executives, functional leaders, operations, finance, product, and marketing teams to launch and communicate programs. Develop communication and change management plans to support program impact and ROI. Design business intelligence capabilities to assess program reach and impact, working with Revenue Operations to develop these tools. Keep internal and external teams informed about program changes, enabling effective communication about initiatives and outcomes. Write design documents and technical specifications for program components as needed. Promote programs internally and externally, educating teams on features and benefits, and assisting with planning and design. Manage ongoing operations, monitor financial models, budgets, and performance metrics, and address challenges proactively. Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Must have:

6+ years of progressively responsible professional experience. 5+ years in program management or similar roles, with industry certifications like PMP or Six Sigma preferred. Strong understanding of go-to-market and revenue team practices. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office. Excellent planning, organizational, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build internal and external partnerships. Negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively. Experience managing budgets and applying project management and consultative skills. Self-directed learning aptitude, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver training and presentations. Experience working in SaaS, Cloud, or on-premises environments, especially in B2B contexts. Proven leadership in strategy development and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Data-driven mindset with ownership and influence capabilities.

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, and Microsoft products.

The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and skills. The position is eligible for a 10% bonus.
