We are seeking a Vice President, Production Services Application Support II to join our AI-Hub team in Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL (4 days in office required).

Role Responsibilities:

Resolve and triage issues related to critical applications, servers, networks, and application health.

Maintain the operational stability and integrity of BNY's AI Hub platform used by various lines of business.

Develop and maintain standard troubleshooting procedures.

Collaborate with AI Hub engineers to reduce resolution times and improve service delivery.

Communicate with vendors and team members to stay updated on domain issues.

Interact regularly with internal customers and support teams, addressing both technical and non-technical needs with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. 8-10 years IT experience, preferably in financial services.

3-5 years in technology support, with hands-on experience in Java, Python, Network, Windows, Unix, and Mainframe troubleshooting.

Proficiency in SQL and Splunk for logs analysis and dashboard creation.

Knowledge of AI & ML, including agents and models, and understanding of how AI systems learn and decide.

Experience with Microsoft Azure and GCP platforms.

Background in enterprise IT, familiar with ITIL Service Management processes.

Self-motivated, dependable, team-oriented.
