We are seeking a
Vice President, Production Services Application Support
to join our
GSS Enablement Messaging team
in Lake Mary, FL. This role is
onsite/hybrid (4 days in office, 1 optional remote) .
Key Responsibilities:
Expert knowledge of IBM MQ on Distributed Platform IBM MQ Cluster setup including DQM Understanding of Linux, Windows, and Mainframe operating systems Interact effectively across all organizational levels Experience with Linux shell scripting and PERL preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Research and resolve confirmation discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
IBM MQ, MQ Appliance, MQIPT, MQ on Mainframe
Desirable Skills:
StoreFront, App Connect (IBM Integration Bus), SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow
Qualifications: Bachelor's in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree beneficial 8-10 years of IT experience, preferably in financial services Support for critical applications Excellent Microsoft Office skills Lead incident triage and resolve complex production issues Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement Ability to work in a global, virtual team Involvement in Disaster Recovery activities
