What You Will Do
This role is high-impact and cross-functional — a unique blend of strategic advising, marketplace operations, and growth enablement. You’ll work directly with the company’s most successful recruiting partners, helping them grow their businesses and deliver results for clients. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Growth (40%) : Act as a trusted partner to high-performing recruiters. You’ll provide operational support, strategic insights, and help drive outcomes.
Marketplace Operations (40%) : Streamline recruiting workflows, remove friction, and build scalable systems that increase efficiency without increasing headcount.
Platform Expansion (20%) : Onboard and empower new recruiters by showcasing the platform as a revenue-generating, efficiency-driving accelerator.
Ideal Candidate Background
You could come from several high-performance career paths, but what unites the best candidates is a passion for startups, a bias for action, and a drive to create impact. The ideal candidate will have: 1–5 years of experience in: Ops or GTM at an early-stage startup,

As an analyst/associate at a venture capital firm,
OR
As a high-achieving new grad from a top school with clear startup exposure
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A growth mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
A track record of ownership and measurable outcomes
Preferred
Experience managing recruiting workflows, marketplace dynamics, or other two-sided platforms
Knowledge of B2B SaaS or hiring technology
Prior experience scaling operational systems in a high-growth setting
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$110,000–$180,000
Equity:
Competitive, based on experience
