Who we are looking for: We are currently seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Cable Management, based in Philadelphia, PA, Houston, TX, or Cartersville, GA. Reporting to the VP/GM Cable Management & Framing, this role involves team mentoring, product strategy development, new product development, competitor assessment, and marketing/training needs. The manager will oversee all product pricing and quotations activities supporting Cable Management. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based companies is a plus. What you'll do:

Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, supporting internal teams, sales, distributors, and end users. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to align strategies and communicate updates. Manage all cable management pricing and deployment strategies through the quotations team. Supervise quotations analysts in project quotations. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement. Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies, market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs. Conduct market and VOC research to identify opportunities. Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation. Address challenges during product development with effective solutions. Ensure adherence to standard work within product management and support functions. Establish KPIs to measure product success aligned with business objectives. Develop and deliver training materials for marketing support, including catalogs, launch kits, sales communications, and datasheets. What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager, preferably in cable management. Product engineering background is a plus. Experience managing direct reports is preferred. Proven experience in all areas of Product Management, including mentoring, marketing, competitive analysis, portfolio management, roadmaps, strategy, pricing, specifications, and new product development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong teamwork, self-drive, and accountability. Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority. Technical aptitude and background. Responsive with a strong sense of urgency. Detail-oriented with effective multitasking and time management skills. Within 3 months: Complete your onboarding to set up for success. Develop relationships with key stakeholders. Identify ways to reinforce team commitment to core values. Assist with product roadmaps and stage gate processes. Within 6 months: Collaborate on channel partner development and go-to-market plans. Share market intelligence and provide thought leadership. Analyze product positioning and work with engineering to drive innovation. Within 12 months: Lead product strategy development. Train and develop sales teams and distributors. Become a category expert and build a reputation for reliability and leadership. Maintain competitive profiles and develop action plans for growth. Join us and be part of an industry leader! Current pay range estimates are $106,720 - $146,740 in GA/TX, and $113,120 - $155,540 in PA.
