Trinity Collegiate School, a premier independent school serving students in grades 6-12, with approximately 350 students, seeks an exceptional educational leader to serve as Head of School for the 2026-27 school year. As Head of School, you will act as the chief executive officer, leading our vibrant school community and ensuring excellence in all aspects of school life.

Key Responsibilities: Mission and Vision: Clearly articulate and promote Trinity's mission across all programs and activities. Foster a school culture grounded in loyalty, honor, and perseverance. Academic Leadership: Direct the development and implementation of a rigorous curriculum, including Pre-AP, AP, Dual Enrollment, and AP Capstone courses. Ensure students consistently achieve above state and national averages on college placement exams. Maintain and enhance our 100% college acceptance rate through personalized education. Faculty Development: Recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber faculty committed to academic and character excellence. Champion ongoing professional development to elevate instructional quality. Student Life and Extracurricular Activities: Support robust extracurricular offerings, including 38 teams across 16 sports. Encourage student involvement in creative arts and diverse co-curricular activities. Community Engagement: Act as the school's primary ambassador, building strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and community partners. Foster a supportive, family-oriented school environment. Operational and Financial Oversight: Manage the school’s budget effectively to sustain and grow operations. Oversee campus facilities, ensuring they meet current and future educational needs. Advancement and Fundraising: Lead successful fundraising initiatives, including annual giving and capital campaigns. Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with donors and alumni. Board Relations: Collaborate closely with the Board of Trustees to establish strategic direction and policy. Provide transparent and regular updates on operational successes and challenges. Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting. Commitment to academic excellence and character formation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
