Key Responsibilities
Train field staff, develop and review project schedules, enforce safety programs. Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and within budget. Assist with project and personnel management, workload monitoring. Mentor team members, communicate effectively, make sound decisions, solve problems creatively, hold employees accountable, and promote client satisfaction and additional business opportunities. Contribute to regional growth of the field team. Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in mission critical (data center) construction. Knowledge of building codes, supervision, construction contracts, and local market. Experience with MS Project scheduling. Preferred Skills
Post-secondary education or equivalent in construction. Willingness to travel nationwide. Additional Information
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass employment verification. Some positions may require COVID-19 vaccination, with accommodations for medical or religious reasons. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $140,000 - $190,000 annually, potentially with incentive bonuses.
