SUN PHARMA JOB TITLE: Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology Objectives The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Suns branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives. Responsibilities include coordination with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated area and geography. Required Bachelor Degree Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience Strong communication skills and business acumen Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results Valid drivers license
Preferred 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment Experience promoting high-science products Product launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment
Personal Skills/Attributes This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on achieving territory business goals. They should be highly motivated, professional, and capable of building trust with their matrix team. Transparency, ethics, and compliance are essential.
