$310,000 – $390,000 (depending on location, skills, and experience) About the Role Are you ready to take your M&A career to the next level? We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and collaborative attorney with
4–6 years of hands-on experience
in mergers & acquisitions to join one of the most dynamic and innovative teams in BigLaw. What you’ll be doing: Leading sophisticated
M&A deals
from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating key agreements. Owning the deal process — juggling timelines, managing client relationships, and keeping everything on track. Mentoring and supervising junior associates while being a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. Tackling a wide variety of
complex, high-value matters
for clients who expect nothing less than excellence. What we’re looking for: A JD from a
top-tier law school
with strong academic credentials. Solid M&A skills and proven deal experience. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being a go-to problem solver.
