About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic growth and transformation. The CHRO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and implementing a people strategy that is in line with the company's mission and expansion goals. This includes partnering with leadership on all aspects of HR, from organizational design to succession planning, and leading efforts in recruitment, retention, and professional development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a strong commitment to the values of the organization, particularly in fostering a multicultural workforce that reflects the communities served. Operational excellence, including expertise in HR operations, compliance, and best practices, is essential, as is the ability to build and lead a high-performing HR team. The successful CHRO will be a culture builder and empathetic leader, with a proven track record in change management and a focus on continuous learning and performance accountability. They will be expected to bring 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, with a background in talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement. A mission-driven mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are also key attributes. The role requires a leader who can blend best practices with the company's unique culture, and who is adept at designing tailored HR solutions. A SHRM Human Resources certification or equivalent is required, and a JD is considered a plus. The CHRO will be instrumental in ensuring that the company's HR practices are in line with its values of trust, respect, and resilience, and in building a workforce that is dedicated to the mission of serving the community.
