Marine Construction Project Manager

We are an Anchorage based marine construction contractor and are looking to hire a Project Manager for our team. A willingness to travel, and relevant experience is great! 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage marine construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of marine and bridge construction processes, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marine construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in marine or bridge construction.
  • Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
