Marketing Manager

Perfectus Labs is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, support our sales and partner programs, and scale the systems that power our growth. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—someone who can own the big picture while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
You’ll oversee our CRM, website, landing pages, content, social media, webinars, and community program, while collaborating with sales, leadership, design, and development to ensure Perfectus Labs continues to grow and lead with innovation.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Marketing Systems
Own and administer our CRM (GoHighLevel), ensuring it supports sales, automations, and lead generation.
Design and refine sales and marketing funnels that drive conversions.
Report on marketing performance and track key KPIs (lead gen, funnel metrics, website analytics, engagement).
Website & Digital Experience
Manage the company website (WordPress), ensuring it is optimized for SEO, performance, and user experience.
Build and optimize landing pages to support campaigns, lead capture, and sales enablement.
Content, Events & Community
Develop and manage a content calendar for blogs, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership.
Plan and execute webinars and conferences—both external events and company-hosted experiences.
Build and grow a paid client and prospect community, delivering value through training, growth strategy content, and peer connection.
Sales & Partner Enablement
Support the sales team with high-impact collateral, presentations, and campaigns.
Partner with leadership to strengthen partner programs and co-marketing opportunities.
Social Media & Brand Presence
Oversee social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn and other platforms.
Manage campaigns, outreach, and engagement to build awareness and brand authority.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the development and design teams to bring campaigns to life.
Partner with leadership on brand positioning and messaging strategies.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or a related role (agency experience is a strong plus).
Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus).
Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and WordPress.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and community building.
Proven track record of building and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content.
A balance of strategic mindset and executional drive—you can map out a campaign and also manage the details to deliver results.
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
