ALLIED-CST-Certified Surgical Tech (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced ALLIED-CST-Certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week contract in Manchester, New Hampshire — earn up to ($1800 - $1895 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile environments.
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Monitor and document patient vitals during surgical procedures.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Utilize data and metrics to assess personal and team performance.
Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient information.
Evaluate and suggest improvements for surgical processes and workflows.
Assist in the orientation and training of new surgical tech staff.
Experience/Qualifications Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is mandatory.
Proven experience in a surgical tech role, preferably in a hospital setting.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
Excellent documentation skills for maintaining patient and surgical records.
Ability to monitor and document vital signs during surgical procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons and healthcare teams.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate surgical processes and suggest improvements.
Adaptability to work in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment.
Willingness to participate in performance reviews and set personal goals.
