Responsibilities Assist surgeons during operations ensuring sterile environment and equipment readiness.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for procedures.
Monitor and maintain sterile field to prevent contamination during surgeries.
Collaborate with surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures for surgical operations.
Evaluate and improve surgical processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
Maintain high visibility of work activity and results within the team.
Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in surgical procedures.
Contribute to achieving targets set by the surgical department.
Engage in self-assessment to enhance personal performance and accountability.
Experience/Qualifications Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a surgical tech role.
Proficiency in maintaining sterile environments during surgeries.
Ability to work in a high-visibility and results-oriented environment.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a surgical team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Adherence to hospital policies and surgical procedures.
Strong self-assessment skills to enhance personal performance.
Excellent documentation skills for recording surgical procedures.
Ability to evaluate and improve surgical processes.
