Overview

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply St. Louis, MO Distribution Center in Maryland Heights, MO. Chick-fil-A Supply aims to be a caring distribution center with scheduling, pay and benefits that demonstrate care for our team members.

Location: 13965 Riverport Place, Maryland Heights, MO 63043

Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM until the work is done. 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days) with schedule assigned based on business needs; flexibility required during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Base pay range: $21.75/hr - $21.75/hr

Pay and benefits: Starting pay is $21.75+ per hour. Benefits include a comprehensive package described below.

Responsibilities

• Efficiency and Organization: Unloading, staging, picking and loading products; maintaining warehouse organization
• Safety: Safely operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; keeping the warehouse clean and safe
• Communication and Care: Interacting with teammates and other stakeholders with professionalism and care
• Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Extreme temperatures: Ability to work in rotating temperatures (-10F to 100F) to keep food safe
• Lifting: Ability to reach, bend, and stoop; lift up to 65 pounds per case; may move up to 2,000 pounds with mechanical assistance
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Language: Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow instructions and complete documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or material handling is preferred but not required; experience in food distribution is a plus
