Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for the company through answering calls and welcoming clients and visitors to the office. You will coordinate all front-desk activities, including phones, mail, ordering office supplies, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support across the organization, including our property management department.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and manage incoming phone calls
  • Maintain office systems and procedures
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain and manage physical and cloud-based filing systems
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Ensure the reception and conference room areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

Hours are 9am-5pm with a paid lunch, Monday through Friday. No weekends.
