Title: Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Process expense reports (as a delegate on Concur, if permitted for contractors)
• Greet and check in visitors; assist with guest badges and badge ordering
• Support planning, scheduling, and management of events; manage the events calendar
• Perform AED system checks (serve as backup)
• Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory; place and expedite orders as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional and polite demeanor
• Experience setting up site visits and coordinating with security for visitor badges
• Ability to coordinate and take the lead on multiple events throughout the year
