Responsibilities

• Receive and transfer phone calls, greet and direct visitors, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate reservations for the guest suites and assist with related clerical tasks.
• Submit maintenance work orders, meter outgoing mail, and sort/distribute mail.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and record keeping.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of equivalent experience

Pay Range

$15.45 - $17.81 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
