Overview

OrthoAtlanta is looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy focused on SEO, SEM, and digital advertising to enhance our online presence, attract new patients, and drive business growth. Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals. Oversee all aspects of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns with a primary focus on acquiring new patients. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing across platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Create and manage overall SEO strategy, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization. Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates to ensure content is accurate, timely, and optimized for search engines and user experience. Collaborate with web developers to enhance functionality, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities, and manage the digital marketing budget. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in SEO and SEM management.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proven track record of driving brand growth and patient engagement through digital marketing strategies.
    • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms (Display, Video, Retargeting).
    • Strong technical skills with SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and tag management.
    • Experience in healthcare marketing with HIPAA compliance understanding.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and web content management systems.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to communicate complex digital concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
