Responsibilities
The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Human Resources Coordinator to join our Total Rewards & HR Operations team. This role supports day-to-day benefits administration, wellness programming, and HR operations, while serving as a trusted resource for employees navigating benefits, leave administration, and other HR processes. Responsibilities include:
- Support day-to-day benefits administration and wellness programming.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees navigating benefits, leave administration, and other HR processes.
- Maintain accuracy across HR systems and ensure compliance with critical processes.
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience through reliable service and clear communication.
Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to execute transactions with precision and accuracy
- Ability to work on a variety of human resources projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative working style and ability to work with many stakeholders at varying levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, with experience in conflict resolution
- Polished customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of human resources, payroll, or administrative experience required; experience in human resources preferred
- Combinations of related education and experience will be considered
- Professional certifications and/or advanced degrees in human resources or a related field are preferred
