HD Supply is hiring: Manager, Human Resources in Kent

Overview

Manager, Human Resources role at HD Supply. This position supports three sites: Kent, WA; Yakima, WA; and Spokane, WA. Onsite schedule at Kent, WA, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary by business needs) with quarterly travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing Department on business employment needs, including recruiting for functional areas of the business.
• Work directly with business leadership and department management on the development and facilitation of individual and divisional performance improvement.
• Ensure effective integration of HR policies and procedures during acquisitions.
• Build internal partnerships to aid in resolving associate relations issues.
• Communicate the organization’s vision and align the workforce accordingly.
• Develop and implement performance management plans with business leadership.
• Assess and deliver training to limit legal exposure.
• Support and implement HR policies as the primary point of contact between associates and management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of previous management experience.
• Labor and associate relations experience.
• Leadership coaching and performance management experience.
• Proficiency in Workday and Kronos.
• Experience in a supply chain or distribution environment.
• Education: BS/BA in a related discipline; typically 7+ years of experience in a related field. Certification may be required; advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $121,700.00 – $185,800.00 annually. Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area; conditions are typically not objectionable.
• Occasional light lifting; mostly seated with opportunities to move.
• Overnight travel typically 20% to 50% of the time.
