About Our Client

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an HR Manager to support their growing corporate team. This position will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting acquisitions, and implementing people-focused strategies that strengthen culture and organizational performance.

Job Description

The HR Manager will manage HR programs for the corporate employee population, provide support during mergers and acquisitions, and lead projects that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. This role will partner with business leaders to address HR needs, support workforce planning, and ensure a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to implement talent strategies including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Provide HR guidance on employee relations, workplace matters, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead due diligence and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, focusing on retention, culture, and workforce alignment.
  • Support compensation reviews, job evaluations, and pay structure recommendations.
  • Drive HR projects that enhance culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Assist with HR system improvements and new technology rollouts.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Deliver regular updates and recommendations to leadership on HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, talent management, and exposure to M&A.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
