As part of our Food & Beverage team, the Barista/Bartender plays a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guestsfrom energizing coffee drinks in the morning to hand-crafted cocktails at night.Position OverviewThe Barista/Bartender is a hybrid role designed for a versatile and service-focused team member. Youll prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, cocktails, beer, and wine, while providing friendly, professional service in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires a balance of technical skill, creativity, and hospitality to enhance the guest experience at every interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and other caf beverages.Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and alcoholic beverages according to resort recipes and standards.Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf and bar areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, stocking, and rotating supplies.Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.Uphold brand standards by ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all drinks.Support team members during peak hours, events, and special functions.Assist with closing and opening procedures, including setup, breakdown, and daily reporting.QualificationsPrior barista and/or bartending experience required (1+ year preferred in each).Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and cocktail preparation.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Must be 21 years of age or older with current alcohol server certification (or ability to obtain before start date).Reliable, professional, and committed to teamwork.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Work in a mountain resort environment with varying weather conditions.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($18 $21 per hour, based on experience) plus tips.Employee discounts on accommodations, F&B, and resort experiences.Opportunities for advancement within Harmony Hospitality Group.Be part of a dynamic team at Colorados newest luxury outdoor resort.
