Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Otay Mesa. This is a contract role, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, or concerns.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and courteous attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and call center procedures to meet performance and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have previous and recent call center or customer service experience within the past 3 years; preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data efficiently while on calls.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday.
