Customer Service Representative – Call Center (Remote After Training)

Location: Phoenix, AZ | Pay Rate: $16/hour | Duration: 3-month contract | STARTS SEPTEMBER 30

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

• As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services. Your day will be split between handling calls and performing administrative tasks.
• Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services
• Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests
• Performing clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation
• Supporting ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs
• Providing receptionist coverage and managing office supplies and equipment
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of call center experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable with data entry and administrative support
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Work Environment

• Training: On-site at our Phoenix office for the first 2 weeks
• After Training: Fully remote

Pay and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
