Overview
Role: Customer Service Representative - Call Center. Company: A Medical Transportation Company. Location: Phoenix, AZ 85004. Pay: $16/hour. Duration: Contract-to-Hire (3 months and then converted permanent). This position is fully remote after 2 weeks of onsite training. Start Date: Wednesday 10/1/25 at 9:00 AM (waiver in place for background check; no drug test required).
Training: 2 weeks onsite (100% attendance required or subject to termination), remote following training. Equipment will be provided. Must have dedicated workspace and 30 Mbps internet speed (no hotspots).
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via a call center with an automatic dialer system; calls are back-to-back.
- Adhere to performance metrics including Quality: 95%+ and Adherence: 85%.
- Meet scheduling requirements and be available for assigned shifts (various start times and shifts listed).
- Maintain eligibility by passing a background check (no drug test required).
- Do not assume caretaking roles during work hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Preferred: Experience handling high-volume calls (approx. 80/day).
- Proficient use of equipment provided by the company; must have dedicated workspace and reliable internet access (30 Mbps or higher).
Schedule & Locations
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (20 openings)
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (20 openings)
- 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday (10 openings)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $16/hour
- Benefits and 401(k) eligibility as listed; PTO (15 hours) and 7 paid holidays; health, dental, vision, and other listed benefits may apply.
Training & Onboarding
- 2 weeks onsite training with 100% attendance required; remote work following training.
- Background check required; drug test is not required.
