Southeast Behavioral Health Clinic - Fargo, ND - Administrative Assistant Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for the ND Department of Health and Human services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover. As an Administrative Assistant, you will need to be detailed-orientated when providing support for individuals seeking services such as registration, insurance and demographic updates, and face to face client interaction. This position will also provide coverage for other team members. To thrive in this position, you must be an action-oriented problem-solver. You take pride in making someone feel welcomed, heard, and helped. You are able to work independently as well as in groups and can juggle multiple, detailed tasks. To be considered for this position, you are required to have a high school diploma or GED and two years of office support, clerical, or secretarial work experience. Coursework in vocational office support closely related program may substitute for the work experience requirement for a year for year basis if it provided the knowledge and skills required to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Proficiency in keyboarding, specific software, grammar, spelling skills may be required.
