Job Description
CSCI Consulting is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the successful delivery and performance of a multi-task area federal IT support contract supporting the End-to-End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC). This role oversees Tier I and Tier II ITSM operations, sustainment, and contract compliance across critical logistics and transportation systems, ensuring operational excellence and mission continuity.
Responsibilities
Manage and integrate efforts across Contract Management, Sustainment & Maintenance, Tier I Operations, and Tier II Support
Ensure alignment with objectives, performance standards, and regulatory compliance
Supervise Help Desk Managers, Tier I/II Leads, ServiceNow Administrators, and Application Liaisons
Facilitate staffing plans, onboarding, and training to meet contract milestones
Oversee Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), SOP updates, and emergency support plans
Monitor KPIs including call center metrics, ticket resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Serve as primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
Coordinate with Area Managers, Program Managers, and external agencies
Ensure adherence to DoD cybersecurity, physical security, and personnel clearance requirements
Support audits, inspections, and incident response coordination
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience managing federal IT support contracts or large-scale helpdesk operations
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM frameworks, and DoD contracting standards
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence
Preferred Skills
Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, HDI Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM), ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
Experience in logistics, transportation, or defense related IT programs
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
Past experience working with a federal agency
Department of Defense experience is a plus!
