Multi-Family Customer Service Representative *Make a meaningful impact-one call at a time.*
We're seeking a compassionate and resourceful Housing Support Specialist to help individuals and families navigate housing challenges with dignity and care.
What You'll Do
* Provide empathetic support to callers seeking rental assistance, housing resources, or guidance through eviction-related issues.
* Assist homebuyers and homeowners with questions about purchasing, financing, or maintaining their homes.
* Address inquiries related to multi-family housing, including tenant concerns and rental needs.
* Use a comprehensive knowledge base to deliver accurate information and connect callers with appropriate referrals.
* Document all customer interactions thoroughly and thoughtfully in our internal system.
What You Bring
* *Education:* High School Diploma or GED.
* *Experience:*
* 2+ years in property management.
* 1+ year in a contact center or phone-based customer service role (e.g., receptionist, administrative support).
* *Availability:* Must be able to work evening shifts, including until 8 PM. * *Skills:* Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
