You will act as the primary point of contact between the hotel, its owners, and corporate partners, building relationships, developing communication strategies, and promoting collaborative growth. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years as a General Manager at a full-service property with 350+ rooms and $30M+ in annual revenue Demonstrated experience managing labor relations and union partnerships Proven success overseeing large-scale convention and conference operations Skilled in cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with ownership groups Solid commercial acumen with expertise in financial oversight and revenue optimization Passionate about creating a culture of service excellence and experienced in mentoring and developing high-performing teams Preferred Qualifications: Hilton brand experience Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry since 1919. The annual salary range for this role is $260K - $280K and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
