We are working a very key search for an industry leading sales, marketing and customer experience focused solution company. They are seeking a Director to develop and lead the a 30+ person sales development organization (with 3 Managers). This individual will lead a team and their leaders who are responsible for using targeted outbound sales and marketing efforts to capture attention of senior sales, marketing and customer service professionals (Chief Revenue Officers, VP Sales, CMOs, CXOs), converting that attention to interest in having formal conversations with enterprise field sales professionals, and scheduling these initial sales meetings. Requirements: 8-10+ yrs of Outbound B2B sales or marketing experience 3-5+ yrs of experience managing or leading people, with management of 1st line managers preferred Experience setting overall strategy and building SDR / BDR teams (hiring, training, onboarding, pitch, messaging, structure, succession planning, etc.) Strong track record of leading teams to achieve weekly, monthly & quarterly activity and outcome goals Experience with CRM (Salesforce) & outbound prospecting software (SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.) BS or BA in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
