$140K – $180K base + equity Company Description Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup building agentic platforms for complex, heavy-industry workflows. Backed by top-tier investors and entering an exciting growth phase, the company is solving multi-billion-dollar problems in industries that have been historically underserved by AI. Joining at this stage means being part of the ground floor—helping shape go-to-market strategy, scaling customer engagement, and working directly with executive leadership to drive impact. What You Will Do As Chief of Staff / GTM, you will wear multiple hats and help architect the company’s commercial foundation. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on go-to-market execution, strategic projects, and customer engagement. This is a highly visible role with a mix of hands-on execution and long-term strategy. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise GTM & Customer Engagement : Support enterprise deals by building ROI cases, preparing customer pitches, joining client meetings, and ensuring smooth delivery across teams. Establish repeatable GTM processes such as pipeline management, account planning, and territory strategy. Marketing & Market Presence : Run account-based marketing campaigns, manage conference and event strategy, produce high-quality thought leadership, and monitor competitors and market trends to refine positioning. Strategic Projects & Leadership Support : Lead high-impact initiatives such as market entry strategies, account expansion efforts, and key partnerships. Prepare executive briefings and drive follow-up actions from CEO-led conversations. Cross-Functional Leverage : Bridge strategy and execution across sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring organizational alignment on GTM priorities. Ideal Candidate Background

3–7 years of professional experience in B2B GTM, growth, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles. Prior experience in high-growth startups, management consulting (MBB), or similarly fast-paced/ambiguous environments. Strong track record of building and executing GTM playbooks, with direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles. Demonstrated ability to create executive-level materials (e.g., ROI models, board decks, customer-facing strategy presentations). Comfortable working in hybrid environments with direct collaboration alongside leadership. Preferred

Experience in energy, industrials, or adjacent sectors. MBA or advanced degree from a top program. Prior experience at early-stage startups (Series A–B) or rapidly scaling SaaS/AI companies. Compensation and Benefits
