The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team while managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role is ideal for a finance leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in accounting, reporting, and operational finance. The CFO will drive financial performance, oversee compliance, and help position the company for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute the company’s financial and strategic plans.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Implement and monitor internal controls, processes, and systems to strengthen financial discipline.

Provide timely, accurate financial analysis to support decision-making and business growth initiatives.

Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, audits, and external advisors.

Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, building capacity and efficiency as the company scales.

Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and potential acquisitions.

Drive operational efficiency by collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with business performance.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership in a mid-sized or growth-stage company.

Strong understanding of GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards.

Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Proven ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally with executives and staff.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems and data analytics tools a plus.
