Open to Hybrid at HDQ (Vienna, VA) /GPO (Pensacola, FL)
HDQ Preferred
In office expectations: two days per week
Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development
Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications
Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia
Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project.
Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables.
Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations
Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons
Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex/Varied
Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Moderate analysis
Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements
Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflow
Ability to compile, organize, and present information clearly and concisely
Experiences in developing courses, graphic designs, and other technology driven products
Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills to juggle multiple projects at once
Effective communication skills to interact tactfully and effectively with stakeholders
