Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our President/CEO and the Executive Team. The EAA will manage a wide range of advanced administrative and executive support-related tasks and must be able to work independently within guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Provide administrative support to the President/CEO and the Executive Team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner Prepare and review sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requested Conduct research as assigned Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role Strong knowledge of office management systems and sales tools (CRM, MS Office Suite, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Experience with handling confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., such as office supplies and files Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Occasional need to travel to off-site meetings or events Comfort with performing tasks that may involve some physical exertion, such as organizing supplies or setting up meetings

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $60,000 and $70,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
