Position: 2nd Shift Maintenance Electrician
Location: Plant 5/6 - Carlisle, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay: $37.95/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Differential
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Plant 5/6 in Carlisle, PA. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment on 2nd shift.
What You'll Do:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, drives, and other electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
- Experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician
- Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
- $37.95/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential
