Overview

The IT System/Business Analyst bridges business needs and technical solutions across the IT enterprise. This role focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, analyzing processes, and ensuring solutions align with business priorities. The analyst serves as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to track progress, identify risks, and assess business impacts.
• Document project deliverables: status reports, project lists, budgets.
• Analyze and document current/future state business processes and systems.
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications and feasibility reports.
• Develop use cases, process flows, wireframes, and functional models.
• Manage requirements lifecycle and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Technical Leads for business sign-off.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide project updates.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong skills in problem solving, business analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
• Experience with Agile practices and writing user stories in Gherkin syntax.
• Experience in eCommerce or front-end applications preferred.
