Job Purpose We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Lead with a strong background in multi-brand design, client engagement, and strategic visual storytelling. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and excels at translating brand identities into compelling experiences across physical and digital platforms.
As a key member of the NYSE Marketing team, you'll lead the design of branded environments and experiences that help define the visual identity of some of the most significant moments in global capital markets. You'll work consultatively with clients-both public and private-to bring their brand to life on the NYSE's iconic stage, ensuring every touchpoint reflects design excellence and strategic intent.
Responsibilities Lead design and visual direction for proposals, marketing materials and branded experiences for current and prospective NYSE-listed companies. Collaborate directly with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into cohesive, impactful design solutions. Design and oversee branding for milestone events including IPOs, Bell Ceremonies, investor days, and strategic partnerships. Lead creative development for NYSE's most prominent physical and digital assets, including the Trading Floor, facade banners, billboards and real-time digital displays. Develop polished, brand-aligned presentations and proposals that reflect modern design principles and strategic clarity. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure design deliverables meet high standards and align with client expectations. Knowledge and Experience 8+ years of hands-on design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple brands and industries. Proven ability to lead client-facing design engagements with a consultative, strategic approach. Expertise in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and PowerPoint. Experience managing design teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines. New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $108,200 - 144,200 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
